Holiday Greetings Everyone!
This year has been a year of ups and downs, but thankfully, the ups always outweigh the downs!
Tommy has been up to several things, musically and in business. Notably, along with helping Chris with her Real Estate business on a day to day basis, he’s been starting a new venture on his own….a flea market booth! It’s located at “The Place” on Huntsville Road, which is right out by where we live, so it’s the perfect location. He’s enjoying staging the booth, adding new stuff to sell, and he’s also building bookshelves and wall shelves to sell there.
Musically, Tommy is playing bass with The Jim Mills Band, and also working with Mike Sumler on Mike’s original tunes. He is really enjoying both projects!
Our daughter Melody is still living in Elm Springs with her man J. They have a business called MelonJ Gardens. Visit
www.melonjgardens.com for more information about their very interesting project! J has gone back to school to get his degree!
Our son Marty is working at George’s Majestic on Dickson Street, and is still playing drums in The Bob Kramer Incident. If you want a good dose of rock and roll, go see that band!
Chris is still at Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney and Faucette listing and selling Real Estate. This year has held many challenges, but we seem to make it through the winter every year, with the help of our friends, family and former clients and their referrals! Visit
www.PaytonProperties.com for more information about her Real Estate business!
Musically, Chris has made a come-back, of sorts. Oreo Blue was celebrating their 20
th year of being a band, and asked Chris to come back and sing for a few gigs. Those few gigs turned into more, as she is back singing with Oreo Blue full time now. Visit Oreo Blue on Facebook for more information on that!

Tommy’s dad, Eugene “Dean” Payton, has been in the hospital for nearly 9 weeks now. He is slowly getting better from the infection that knocked him down. For 85, he’s doing very well, and hopes to be home later this week in time for Christmas! All prayers and well wishes are appreciated!
We want to personally thank all of our friends, family and clients who have helped make 2011 a year to remember! We appreciate you all!
Thank you all, Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year!
Chris & Tommy Payton
I’d love to be FB Friends with YOU!
